From project to booking, step by step.

A planner posts a project
The planner describes which roles are needed, on which days and hours, where, and what the day rate is. The search runs through the company's own pool or through the whole network. Each role is its own search.

The MatchEngine scores
🔍 MatchEngine searchingOur MatchEngine analyses every candidate against the project and gives a score. We approach the best candidates first. Whoever cannot do it or does not fit, we do not ask.

Waves of requests
⏳ Awaiting replyWe send the request to 2 freelancers at a time, highest score first. When nobody says yes, the next 2 follow 30 minutes later. A freelancer has 24 hours to reply; a late yes counts as long as we are searching.

The request on the freelancer side
The request arrives on WhatsApp or Telegram, with the client, the job, the period, the hours and the location. The freelancer replies with one tap. Questions about the job are answered by our AI in the same chat. Until someone says yes, names and contact details stay private.

A yes is a proposal
✅ ProposalThe planner gets an e-mail, sees the profile and books or declines. When a second freelancer says yes in the meantime, they wait as 'Also available'.

Booking done
✅ ConfirmedWe exchange contact details and step out. The freelancer joins the company's own pool and everyone else we asked hears that the job is filled.
Nobody found, or withdrawn
When the list runs out and nobody said yes, we set the search to 'Nobody found' and the credits go back to the company. When the planner withdraws a request, everyone we already asked hears about it.
Credits
One credit is one role, one day of matching. A role costs 2 credits per day; when the match comes from the own pool, 1 credit per day goes back. The first 3 matches are free, plus 3 free matches for every freelancer a company brings in.
