Toperators comes from Stream My Event, an AV company that has been planning its own crews for productions large and small for years. We know the phone marathon, the spreadsheets and the last-minute cancellations all too well.

So we built the platform we wanted ourselves: a database full of qualified AV freelancers, AI that does the searching, and communication that comes to the crew. By planners, for planners.
